SHIPPING POLICY

At Loralys (operated by MB SQUARE), we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $4.99
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00
Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.99
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship to US addresses only.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@loralys.com.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Loralys is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier
If you believe your package is lost in transit (no tracking update for more than 7 business days), please contact us at support@loralys.com and we will do our best to assist you.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Loralys is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@loralys.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped.
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
