REFUND POLICY

At Loralys (operated by MB SQUARE), your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@loralys.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return request

Our customer service team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.


3. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more cannot be refunded.


6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@loralys.com.


7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

To return your product, please contact us first at support@loralys.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@loralys.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
